BREXIT CONSEQUENCES ON UK SHIPPING - UPDATE (12/06/2021)

THIS ONLY CONCERNS DELIVERY TO UK. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT DELIVERY TO OTHER  EUROPEAN COUNTRIES.

 As the UK is now out of the EU from 01/01/21 FXD Workwear has made the following decisions as a consequence:

We will continue to ship orders to the UK  but FXD Workwear orders must go through customs duty and this will delay your shipment.

Preparation of UK orders will take 1 working days and we are expecting the delivery to take 3 to 5 working days.

We are delivering DDP: which means that you will not pay any customs fees. The prices indicated on our website include all taxes.

For any order placed after 12/06/2021, our return policy has changed. FXD Workwear will still accept returns but will  offer free returns labels to customer.This means that FXD Workwear will handle all cost from delivery to returns, customs fees included.

Customers must contact customer service by email to arrange a return and they will receive a return label.

Exchanges are no longer permitted - the customer will be refunded for the initial amount of their order.

Our warehouse in France is fully operational and your orders are being prepared as usual with no delay. However please be aware that there might be some transit time delay and delivery restrictions specific to your country. Please keep this in mind.

Please note that the returns service via DPD parcel shops has been suspended in some parts of Europe. If there is no parcel shop open around you we will organize a home pick-up (via our forwarder DPD/Chronopost).
